we could do a better job than the current rating ssystem.

For example: in this current rating system, the rating
changes between A and B are same no matter A beats B
as 3:0 or 3:2.

In berkeley tournament last weekend, i, as a 1900+
p_layer_, beat 2 similar guys in their 1700s, one was
so easily as 11:3, 11:3 and 11:7, the other i was
falling behind 1:2 and came back to win 3:2, i believe
the second guy deserved point gain instead of lose!

Compared to www.ratingscentral.com there are a lot of improvements need to be made by the current USATT system. winning one game or 2 games deserves more points! having the derivatives also helps to undertand how often the p_layer_s have competed and how exact their current ratings are!
