A USATT SANCTIONED FOUR STAR EVENT!The San Francisco Bay area is a hotbed of table tennis activity and filled with progressive, friendly devotees of the sport. Our tournaments here are highlights of our year, largely due to the goodwill and excellent play of the attendees.
Three full basketball courts with bleachers in this venue, well-lit and air conditioned with wooden floors. We’ve deliberately selected a weekend without a home football game for the host University, easing the parking situation we’ve encountered in the past. Public transportation is outstanding here, and early arrivals will like the paid parking lot directly across the street.
Norcal players are friendly and convivial and the atmosphere is one of friendly competition and social joy. International Ref Dr. Azmy Ibrahim presides with outstanding umpires at his direction. NATT underwrites activity fees for the UC Berkeley Golden Bears Table Tennis Club in exchange for the hall, so your attendance here supports Collegiate Table Tennis.

Ratings from the July/August issue of the USATT Magazine will be used for qualifications. Seedings based on most current ratings.
Players may not enter two events with identical start times. Events can be cancelled or combined at the discretion of the tournament committee. Events with insufficient entries may be cancelled and refunds issued. No prizes will be awarded for splits, dumps, default losses or no-shows. Play will be conducted under ITTF rules and NATT policies. USATT dress code will be enforced. All decisions of the referee are final.
