An annual trophy, like a Stanley Cup, bears the names of our previous champions, Fan YiYong, Thomas Keinath, Cheng Yinghua and David Zhuang. This memorial to our friend Matt is set in a unique venue, the Discovery Sports Center, an indoor soccer field. The concession stand is located with food court seating at the head of the hall. Our flooring here is the most forgiving of the season, a resilient, easy-on-the-feet �Spacetek� surface that puts bounce in your step. Indirect outdoor light can spill in during a sunny day, but we have plenty of room to move around in and avoid any glare that comes our way.

Expect to find yourself meeting Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia club players at this event, as well as our top players, internationals and New Yorkers attracted by the thousands of dollars in prize money. Plus there is that �thing� about having your name on the Murad trophy. Set on a spacious campus and brimming with fellowship, the Matthew J. Murad Memorial Open has been a mid-Atlantic class for nearly a decade. Come join the tradition!

Proof of Membership:
All participants must be able to show proof of current membership with USATT or an ITTF recognized body. Membership can be renewed or purchased at the event.

Official Tournament Equipment:
JOOLA Tables, Barriers and Orange 40mm 3 star balls.

Entry Deadline:
Entries must be postmarked by FRIDAY, August 1, 2008.

Check-in:
Starts on Saturday, August 16, at 8AM.

Refunds:
After the entry deadline, no refunds.

Ratings:
Ratings from the July/August issue of the USATT Magazine will be used.

Policies:
Players may not enter two events with identical start times. Events can be cancelled or combined at the discretion of the tournament committee. No prizes will be awarded for splits, dumps, default losses or no-shows. Play will be conducted under ITTF rules and NATT policies. USATT dress code will be enforced. All decisions of the referee are final.

2) Click on link that reads, "Please click here to check rates"

3) Just type in dates of stay and room preference and then scroll down to Special Accounts and enter NAT in the "Group/Convention" box and click "continue"

4) Your rates (both for standards and suites) will appear and you can continue with the reservation as normal
